Working with noteworthy clients—Apollo Management, Scientific Games Corporation, Blackstone Real Estate Advisors, Wynn Resorts Ltd., and Caesars Entertainment, to name a few—he is known for his investigatory perspective and for getting gaming deals done by navigating complicated regulations, financial requirements and other challenges that arise. His gaming law work extends to Japan, Macau, Puerto Rico, Spain, Australia and Great Britain.A pivotal player in shaping Nevada’s gaming regulations, Frank is a former member of the Nevada Gaming Commission—in fact, he is the youngest member ever appointed in its history.
