and internationally. His gaming law work extends to Japan, Macau, Puerto Rico, Spain, Australia and Great Britain.A pivotal player in shaping Nevada’s gaming regulations, Frank is a former member of the Nevada Gaming Commission—in fact, he is the youngest member ever appointed in its history. He also served in leadership roles at the International Association of Gaming Attorneys, including as president and chairman of its annual conference.
