Good Health Care Guidance, But Room for Improvement

I worked with Faith Proper at Alston & Bird LLP on a complex health care compliance matter, and while her legal knowledge was solid, I found the experience somewhat lacking in personal engagement. Faith demonstrated a strong grasp of health care law, which was evident in her advice and the thoroughness of her research. She was recognized by Best Lawyers for her expertise in this area, and that expertise certainly showed in the technical aspects of our case. However, I often felt that communication could have been more timely and proactive. There were several instances where follow-up required extra prompting, and while responses were always accurate, they sometimes came later than expected. Additionally, managing expectations about case timelines and process details felt a bit unclear at times. For someone seeking a highly responsive attorney, this might be a consideration. Overall, Faith provided competent legal guidance, especially in navigating regulatory complexities, but the experience could have been smoother with better communication flow. I’d consider her again for health care law matters but with adjusted expectations on responsiveness.
