Competent handling of a complex insurance dispute

Mr. Pettis represented our company in a significant liability coverage dispute. His deep knowledge of insurance litigation, as evidenced by his recognition in the field, was clear. The legal strategy was sound and ultimately successful. However, our experience was mixed. While the outcome was favorable, communication from his office was sometimes slow, with responses taking several days during critical phases. We occasionally felt like just another case in a busy practice. For straightforward legal expertise, he is undoubtedly skilled, but managing client expectations and accessibility could be improved to match his professional stature.
