There were periods of several days where I received no updates on my case, despite leaving messages, which added to my anxiety during an already stressful time. When we did connect, her advice was helpful, but I often felt I had to initiate the contact. Additionally, while the legal work was adequate, some of the timelines she initially outlined proved to be optimistic, leading to a longer process than anticipated. Ultimately, the case was resolved satisfactorily, and I appreciate Erin's dedication and legal skill. For straightforward matters, she is a capable attorney, but clients should be prepared to be proactive in managing communication and expectations regarding timelines.
