Assisting on a broad range of gaming and licensing matters in the firm’s Gaming Group, Erin Elliott routinely attends Nevada Gaming Control Board and Nevada Gaming Commission meetings on behalf of clients to obtain various regulatory approvals. She aids institutional investor clients in navigating the filing requirements of various gaming agencies, and advises clients on matters related to conducting sweepstakes and contests. Erin also files local land use applications and has assisted in obtaining liquor licenses, special use permits, waivers of development standards and other regulatory approvals.While in law school Erin served as a judicial extern for the Honorable James E. Wilson, Jr. Before attending law school, she was a Product Management Specialist with International Game Technology in Reno, Nevada.
