Competent on zoning matters, but communication could improve

Erik Snipas at Greenberg Traurig handled our commercial property variance application in Garden City. His knowledge of land use law, for which he's recognized, was evident and he navigated the local board effectively. The outcome was satisfactory. However, response times to emails were sometimes slower than expected, and we occasionally felt we had to follow up for updates. For straightforward zoning work, he is a capable attorney, but the client experience felt more transactional than collaborative. His 11 years of experience showed in the legal work itself.
