Experienced and competent, but communication could improve

Erica Kemmerley handled my post-divorce custody modification. With her 37 years in Denver family law and recognition in arbitration, her expertise was clear. She was thorough in preparing our case and understood the nuances of Colorado family court. However, the process felt less collaborative than I expected given her background in that specific area. There were occasional delays in returning calls and emails, which added stress. While the outcome was fair, the client experience was just adequate. She is undoubtedly a knowledgeable attorney from Sherr Puttmann, but managing client expectations and responsiveness could be better.
