Eric S. Clark is a principal in the Cincinnati, Ohio, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He also understands that in the case of both unionized and union-free clients, establishing positive employee relations in an important factor of meeting organization goals and minimizing risk. He counsels employers to develop and maintain personnel policies and personnel infrastructures that result in a productive workforce and mutually beneficial environment.Eric advises clients on compliance with the myriad of federal and state employment laws, including the NLRA, ERISA, FLSA, Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, the Davis-Bacon Act, the Service Contract Act and prevailing Wage laws, as well as new legal developments impacting labor and employment policies and practices.Before joining Jackson Lewis, Eric was Labor Counsel at General Electric Co. in Lynn, Massachusetts.
