Expert guidance through a complex regulatory investigation

Emily Garnett was instrumental in guiding our tech startup through a challenging SEC inquiry. Her background as a former SEC attorney was invaluable; she anticipated the agency's moves and crafted a defense that resolved the matter favorably. Her deep knowledge of administrative law and recent recognition in government relations is well-deserved. While her billing rates reflect her expertise, communication could occasionally be faster during non-critical phases. Overall, her strategic thinking and regulatory focus at Brownstein Hyatt are exceptional. Highly recommended for anyone facing government scrutiny.
