Our company retained Elizabeth Washko when faced with a challenging discrimination lawsuit. Her deep knowledge of Tennessee employment law and her 26 years of focused experience were immediately evident. She provided a clear, strategic defense that was both thorough and practical. We particularly valued her perspective as Managing Shareholder of the Nashville office; she understands the local legal landscape intimately. Her recognition in employment law management and litigation was well-earned, as her counsel was sharp and authoritative. The only minor critique is that during the initial, intense phases, communication from her team could occasionally lag by a day. However, Ms. Washko herself was always prepared and decisive in court. She successfully guided us to a favorable resolution, and we would confidently recommend her for any management-side employment litigation.
