Competent defense in a slip-and-fall case, but communication was slow.

She was undeniably knowledgeable about Ohio premises liability law and built a solid defense strategy. The case was ultimately settled favorably, which I appreciate. However, the experience was somewhat mixed. There were periods where responses to emails took several days, and updates on negotiation progress weren't as frequent as I would have liked. While I never doubted her legal acumen or her decade of experience in this specific area, the client service aspect felt just adequate. For straightforward defense work where you need a capable attorney, she is competent, but be prepared to manage your expectations regarding communication timelines.
