Competent but Could Improve Communication
Edmundo P. Guevara handled a construction contract dispute for our company, and while his legal expertise was solid—especially given his recognition in construction law—there were some areas where the experience felt lackluster. His understanding of the intricacies of insurance claims related to the project was particularly valuable, but the communication during the process was inconsistent. Responses to our inquiries often took longer than expected, and while the outcome was favorable, the delays made the process more stressful than necessary. His background, including his LL.M. from Queen Mary University of London, is impressive, and it showed in his grasp of the legal nuances. However, for a smoother experience, quicker follow-ups and clearer updates would have made a significant difference. Overall, competent representation, but room for improvement in client engagement.
