Mr. Dylan O’Reilly is a shareholder and director in Miller Stratvert P.A.’s Santa Fe, New Mexico office, where he handles a wide range of commercial transactions from loan documentation, secured transactions, real estate transactions, leases, business purchases and sales, as well as litigation matters involving partnership disputes, creditors’ rights, foreclosures, bankruptcy, and collections. With his transaction and litigation experience he frequently advises business owners. He also serves as a neutral mediator in commercial and real estate matters.Mr. O’Reilly was appointed by the New Mexico Supreme Court to the New Mexico Board of Bar Examiners in 2020 (where he still serves and chairs the rules committee), and was elected to serve as a Bar Commissioner of the New Mexico State Bar starting in 2025.
