Drew rose through the ranks at the Attorney General's Office, attaining the position of Assistant Section Chief.

Drew has successfully argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Drew presently serves as the Chairperson of the 2015–16 Labor and Employment Law Committee of the Columbus Bar Association.In his free time, Drew enjoys spending time with his wife and young sons, playing basketball, running, and rooting for the Ohio State Buckeyes.
