I worked with Drew C. Piersall on a complex employment discrimination case, and while his expertise in employment law was evident, the experience had some frustrations. Drew clearly knows his way around equal employment opportunity laws and litigation, which was reassuring given his 21 years of experience and recognition in labor and employment law. He handled the technical aspects well, but communication was hit-or-miss. Some responses took longer than expected, and follow-ups weren’t always as prompt as I’d hoped. The legal strategy was solid, but I sometimes felt the progress could have been more transparent. For the fee, I expected more direct involvement in the process. Overall, Drew’s knowledge and track record are undeniable, but the service delivery could use improvement. He’s competent, but I wish the attention to detail extended to client communication and timeliness.
