Competent on the case, but communication could improve

His background from Harvard and his recognition in employment law management were clear assets; he understood the legal landscape in Boston thoroughly and crafted a strong initial strategy. The final outcome was solid and protected my interests, which is what I needed. However, my experience was mixed on the process. There were periods where responses to emails took several days, and updates often felt procedural rather than collaborative. For a firm of this caliber and an attorney with 15 years of experience, I expected more proactive communication and a clearer timeline. He is undoubtedly knowledgeable and got the job done competently, but the client service aspect felt more transactional than I had hoped.
