Our medical practice retained Mr. Bacon when we faced a challenging and stressful board of health inquiry. His deep knowledge of Arkansas health care law and his nearly five decades of experience were immediately apparent and incredibly reassuring. He guided us through every step with a calm, strategic approach, and his background in medical malpractice defense was invaluable in anticipating the board's perspective. His recent recognition as Lawyer of the Year in Health Care Law is well-deserved. While his expertise is top-tier, communication response times could occasionally be a day or two during particularly busy periods, which is a minor note in an otherwise outstanding representation. We felt thoroughly prepared and defended, and the matter was resolved favorably. I would confidently recommend Donald Bacon to any healthcare provider needing sophisticated legal counsel.
