Our company engaged Diana McKenzie at HunterMaclean to navigate a high-stakes software licensing and service agreement with a major vendor. With her 39 years of experience, particularly her deep focus on information technology law, she was invaluable. She didn't just review the contract; she provided strategic insight into the outsourcing implications we hadn't even considered, clearly drawing on her internationally recognized expertise. Her guidance was practical, grounded in real-world business impact, and she explained complex IT law concepts in a way our management team could understand. The outcome protected our interests completely. If there was one minor note, it's that during the initial engagement phase, response times could occasionally be a day or two, likely due to her demanding schedule. Nonetheless, her mastery of the field makes her highly recommended for any business facing complex IT agreements.
