Knowledgeable but communication could be more consistent

I consulted Deborah Willig regarding a complex union grievance involving seniority rights. Her deep expertise in labor law, backed by decades of experience and her recent recognition in the field, was immediately apparent. She provided a solid, strategic analysis of our position. However, the process felt somewhat impersonal at times. While her legal advice was sound, there were occasional delays in receiving updates, and I sometimes had to follow up more than expected. For straightforward union matters, her firm grasp of the law is valuable, but you may need to proactively manage communication expectations throughout your case.
