Deborah P. Kelly is an outstanding attorney—one of the best in labor and employment law. I worked with her during a particularly complex ERISA benefit dispute for a major financial client, and her ability to navigate the nuances of employee benefits law was nothing short of remarkable. Her 37 years of experience were evident in every decision, as she provided clear, strategic guidance that simplified what could have been an overwhelming process. She’s recognized by peers and clients alike, and her reputation for a no-nonsense, results-driven approach is well-deserved. Deborah’s expertise in litigation and employment law helped us secure a favorable outcome without unnecessary delays. Professional, responsive, and deeply knowledgeable, she’s the kind of lawyer you want on your side in high-stakes matters. Would absolutely recommend her to any employer facing legal challenges.
