She demonstrated a solid grasp of the legal principles involved, and her analysis of our contractual obligations was thorough. It's clear she has the foundational knowledge, and I understand she has been recognized for her work in commercial litigation, which was relevant to my case. The matter was resolved with a satisfactory settlement, largely due to her diligent preparation. However, the experience was not without its frustrations. There were several instances where responses to my emails took longer than I would have preferred, sometimes stretching to a week, which left me feeling somewhat in the dark during critical phases. While her legal work was competent, the overall client service felt more transactional than collaborative. For straightforward legal matters where you need capable representation, Ms. Nandy is a reasonable choice, but be prepared to manage your expectations regarding communication timelines and proactive updates. After two years in practice, refining these client-facing skills would significantly enhance her service.
