Mr. Amburn concentrates his practice on intellectual property protection and litigation.He prepares and prosecutes patent and trademark applications, drafts intellectual property opinions and agreements, and counsels clients in obtaining and enforcing intellectual property rights. He works on a wide variety of technologies including mechanical, software, and business methods.Mr.

from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. During law school he was a finalist in moot court competition and participated in the ABA National Client Counseling Competition. He also represented indigent clients in the law school's Urban Law Clinic.
