I handle workers’ compensation and personal injury, which includes anything from automobile accident claims to premises liability claims.In workers’ compensation cases, we primarily see workers with joint-type injuries – shoulders, knees, hips, elbows – as well as back injuries. The workers were doing their job and now they are put in a spot where they are being denied medical treatment or maybe the claim has been outright denied. People don’t really know where to turn or how to navigate the system. That’s where we can help.What drives me the craziest when I go home at night is when I know someone is just absolutely getting railroaded. They’re being treated wrongly or maybe they’re being taken advantage of. At the end of the day, those are the kinds of situations that motivate me every day to fight for my clients and help them through a difficult time. People don’t really know where to turn or how to navigate the system. That’s where we can help.
