David Wadsworth concentrates in the area of bankruptcy law, with a focus on commercial matters. He joined the firm in 2003 when it was known as Sender & Wasserman. Dave became an equity partner in 2008 and a named partner in 2012. Dave has been a chapter 7 panel trustee since 2009 and in that capacity has administered thousands of chapter 7 bankruptcy cases, monitoring abuse and liquidating assets for creditors.
