A Lifeline During a Federal White-Collar Investigation

When my company faced a daunting federal investigation into complex financial regulations, we turned to David Kaplan. His 43 years of experience, particularly the recognition he's received in white-collar defense, was immediately evident. From our first meeting at Stimson LaBranche Hubbard, he demonstrated a masterful command of both the procedural landscape and the substantive law. Mr. Kaplan didn't just react; he built a proactive, strategic defense that navigated the intricacies of federal court with precision. His deep Denver roots and graduation from the University of Denver law school gave him invaluable local insight, but his experience in high-stakes litigation was truly national in scope. He managed the pressure with a calm, steady demeanor that kept our entire team focused. The result was a favorable resolution that avoided the worst-case scenarios we feared. David Kaplan is the embodiment of a seasoned advocate—strategic, unflappable, and profoundly knowledgeable.
