After a severe accident involving a commercial truck left me with significant injuries and facing a complex insurance battle, I was referred to David Paris. From our first meeting, his 47 years of experience were evident. He didn't just see a case file; he understood the profound impact on my family's life. His deep knowledge of Ohio personal injury law, honed over four decades at Nurenberg, Paris, Heller & McCarthy, was our greatest asset. He meticulously explained the process, from the initial investigation through to settlement negotiations, demystifying every step. His firm's reputation and his own recognition as a 'Lawyer of the Year' clearly commanded respect from the opposing counsel, which I believe was pivotal in securing a settlement that far exceeded our initial expectations. David combines the strategic mind of a seasoned litigator with genuine compassion. He and his team were consistently responsive, treating us with dignity during a very difficult time. I am profoundly grateful for his exceptional guidance and the outstanding result he achieved.
