Our mid-sized manufacturing company found itself facing a challenging wrongful termination lawsuit that threatened significant financial and reputational damage. After consulting with several firms, we engaged David Warren at Ogletree Deakins. From our first meeting, his deep, three-decade-long focus on employment law for management was evident. He didn't just react to the lawsuit; he conducted a thorough audit of our existing policies and past practices, explaining how they contributed to our vulnerability. His counsel was rooted in a clear strategy of litigation prevention for the future, not just defense for the present. David's calm, methodical approach and his profound understanding of Alabama employment law, honed over 32 years, were instrumental. He successfully negotiated a resolution that was far more favorable than we anticipated, protecting our business without a protracted court battle. His recognition in Chambers and other guides for Labor and Employment litigation is well-deserved. More than just a brilliant attorney, David is a strategic partner who educates his clients. He leaves you feeling more confident in your internal processes. For any employer in Birmingham needing guidance on compliance, litigation defense, or proactive counseling, David L. Warren is the definitive choice.
