Competent and experienced, but communication could be more consistent

The outcome of the matter was ultimately favorable, which I attribute to his litigation experience and understanding of the financial intricacies. However, the process itself felt somewhat uneven. There were periods where communication was excellent, followed by stretches where responses to emails took longer than expected, requiring follow-up from our team. While his legal expertise is unquestionable, managing client expectations regarding timelines and updates could be improved. For straightforward, high-stakes banking-related legal work, his knowledge is a significant asset, but be prepared to proactively manage the communication flow.
