Competent and experienced, but communication could be more consistent

I engaged David Wasinger and his firm to handle a complex commercial dispute involving a line of credit with a local bank. His deep background in banking and finance law, backed by his 37 years of practice and recognition in that field, was immediately apparent. He provided a solid, strategic analysis of our position. The outcome of the matter was ultimately favorable, which I attribute to his litigation experience and understanding of the financial intricacies. However, the process itself felt somewhat uneven. There were periods where communication was excellent, followed by stretches where responses to emails took longer than expected, requiring follow-up from our team. While his legal expertise is unquestionable, managing client expectations regarding timelines and updates could be improved. For straightforward, high-stakes banking-related legal work, his knowledge is a significant asset, but be prepared to proactively manage the communication flow.
