Competent real estate attorney, but communication was inconsistent

David Martin handled the closing for my investment property. His deep knowledge of real estate law, backed by nearly three decades of experience, was evident, and his recognition by Best Lawyers is well-deserved. The transaction was completed correctly. However, there were periods where responses to emails took several days, and some finer points of the process weren't explained as proactively as I would have liked. For a straightforward matter, he is a capable choice from Murchison, Taylor & Gibson, but be prepared to follow up if you need timely updates.
