Our technology firm was embroiled in a complex, multi-party partnership dispute that threatened to derail the business. We engaged David Wilson to serve as our arbitrator, and his 42 years of experience were immediately evident. His deep understanding of commercial arbitration, honed through his fellowships with the College of Commercial Arbitrators and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, provided a framework that all parties respected. He masterfully guided us through the process, demonstrating the sharp analytical skills one would expect from a University of Texas J.D. graduate with high honors. His recent recognition as Denver's Lawyer of the Year in Arbitration was well-earned, as he crafted a resolution that was both legally sound and pragmatically workable for our future operations. The outcome preserved key relationships and allowed us to move forward. If there was one minor critique, it would be that communication timelines between procedural stages could occasionally be a bit longer than anticipated, though this never impacted the fairness or quality of the proceedings. Overall, David's independent practice through his Dispute Resolution LLC offers a focused, expert approach we highly recommend for intricate commercial conflicts.
