David has 30 years of experience representing corporations, partnerships, and financial institutions. With wide-ranging experience in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, David represents financial institutions, hedge funds, debtors, creditors’ committees, and trustees. He has negotiated workouts from both the standpoint of counsel for the creditor and the debtor. In addition, he frequently represents financial institutions and companies in out-of-court debt restructurings.
