Competent handling of our commercial lease negotiation

David Allswang at Nixon Peabody assisted my small business with a complex commercial lease in Chicago. His 13 years of experience and recognition in real estate law were evident; he identified several critical issues in the landlord's initial draft that could have been costly. The final agreement was solid. However, the process felt somewhat transactional.
