His profile indicated specific recognition in Real Estate Law, which gave me confidence, and his two years of focused experience in that area were evident in his handling of the purchase agreement. He was thorough in identifying potential title issues and explained the contractual clauses clearly. However, the experience was mixed. While the legal work itself was solid, there were noticeable delays in email responses, sometimes taking several business days. This created some anxiety during the negotiation phase. For straightforward real estate transactions, Dave is certainly capable and knowledgeable. My expectations for a more proactive communication style, perhaps given his firm's reputation, weren't fully met. He completed the core task competently, but the overall client service felt just adequate.
