After a devastating trial outcome in a complex medical malpractice case, our previous counsel was pessimistic about our appeal prospects. We were referred to Daniel Ratner at DSR Appeals, and it was the best decision we could have made. With over 35 years of appellate experience and a deep understanding of medical malpractice law, Mr. Ratner approached our case with a fresh, strategic eye. He meticulously deconstructed the trial record, identified pivotal legal errors others had missed, and crafted a compelling brief for the New York Court of Appeals. His command of procedure and persuasive argumentation were evident throughout. The result was a complete reversal in our favor. His recognition in appellate and medical malpractice practice is clearly well-earned. For anyone facing the daunting appellate process, Daniel Ratner is an exceptional and invaluable advocate.
