I engaged Daniel Fogarty at Stichter, Riedel for guidance on a complex business debt restructuring matter in Jacksonville. He clearly understood the nuances of insolvency law and provided sound legal strategy during our consultations. However, my experience was mixed. While the substantive work on my case was competent, I sometimes experienced longer-than-expected wait times for email responses or callbacks, which added to my stress during a difficult financial period. The process felt somewhat transactional at times; I would have appreciated more proactive updates on case status without having to initiate contact. That said, when we did connect, his analysis was sharp and rooted in his seven years of experience, particularly in litigation-related bankruptcy issues. For straightforward legal expertise in this field, he is capable, but managing client expectations and communication flow could be improved to match his technical proficiency.
