Experienced and knowledgeable real estate attorney

I engaged Daniel Hodin to assist with the complex acquisition of a mixed-use property in Bethesda. His deep knowledge, stemming from over 25 years in commercial real estate, was immediately apparent. He expertly navigated zoning nuances and contract contingencies that could have derailed the deal. It’s clear why he’s been recognized by publications like Washingtonian. While his counsel was invaluable, there were a few instances where communication lagged slightly during the due diligence phase, requiring a follow-up. That said, his strategic advice and meticulous review of the title and financing documents provided immense confidence. For significant real estate transactions, his experience at Lerch Early is a definite asset. I would confidently recommend him for complex property matters.
