A consummate professional who delivers exceptional results

Our company faced a complex professional malpractice claim that threatened both our finances and reputation. From our initial consultation, Daniel Danford’s deep expertise was immediately apparent. His 29 years of experience, particularly within the Torts & Insurance Practice Service Group at Stites & Harbison, provided a strategic foundation I knew we could trust. Dan’s unique educational background, blending a legal degree from Vanderbilt with a prior Master’s in a clinical field, gave him an insightful perspective on the technical nuances of our case that other attorneys lacked. He meticulously prepared our defense, demonstrating the precise, analytical skill one would expect from a lawyer recognized in professional malpractice and commercial litigation. Throughout the entire process, Dan was not only a formidable advocate but also a steady, communicative guide who demystified each step. His professionalism under pressure and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome were unwavering. The claim was resolved favorably, protecting our business entirely. I cannot recommend Daniel Danford highly enough for any entity needing sophisticated litigation defense in Kentucky.
