Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his two daughters – the loves of his life. Dan also has an active pro bono practice with recent contributions including work for the Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center, the filing of an amicus brief with the Colorado Supreme Court on behalf of the American Civil Liberties Union of Colorado, and representation of the Colorado Trial Lawyer’s Association to preserve the First Amendment and confidentiality rights of its members.
