I worked with Daniel Corrêa Szelbracikowski during a complex tax litigation case, and while his legal expertise was evident—especially given his recognition by Best Lawyers in Tax Law—there were moments when communication fell short. His knowledge of litigation strategies and tax law was impressive, and his background as a Lawyer of the Year in Brasília, Brazil, clearly indicated his credentials. However, responses to my inquiries were often delayed, and I occasionally had to follow up multiple times to get updates on case progress. The final outcome was favorable, but the process could have been smoother with better client engagement. I appreciated his thoroughness in reviewing tax documents, but future clients should be prepared for longer-than-average wait times for responses. Overall, Daniel is competent, but improving client communication would make him even more effective.
