Solid Representation, Room for Improvement
Dan Jensen handled a complex natural resources dispute for our family, and while his expertise was evident—especially given his 'Lawyer of the Year' recognitions in water and natural resources law—there were some areas that fell short. His deep understanding of Utah's legal landscape, honed over 20 years, was invaluable in navigating the intricacies of our case. However, communication could have been more proactive; we often had to follow up to get updates, and the wait times between responses were longer than we’d hoped. The legal strategy was sound, but managing client expectations regarding timeline and responsiveness would have made the experience smoother. Despite these hiccups, we achieved a favorable outcome, and his experience undoubtedly contributed to that. For future clients, setting clearer expectations upfront about availability and next steps would go a long way.
