I am incredibly fortunate to have a career helping people navigate government regulation so they can start, grow and sustain a business. For more than three decades, I have practiced regulatory and government relations law, supporting clients in the commercial gaming industry, financial services institutions, as well as telecommunication, energy and water utility companies and their customers.I focus on helping businesses with transactions, regulatory compliance and in licensing and other proceedings before administrative agencies, boards and commissions. I also have experience in government procurement disputes, judicial review of government action, and eminent domain cases.Before starting in private law practice, I was with the Office of the Attorney General of Nevada.
