Competent but communication could be improved

Mr. Brown understood the medical nuances and built a technically sound case. However, the experience was a mixed bag. While he was clearly competent on the legal substance, practical aspects fell short. Communication was inconsistent; there were periods of several weeks where I received no updates unless I initiated contact. Responses to emails were often delayed. The process also moved slower than I had anticipated based on our initial discussions.
