I retained Cynthia Wellbrock after my former employer threatened legal action over a non-compete agreement I signed years prior. The situation was incredibly stressful, as it threatened my ability to start my own consulting business. Cynthia’s deep, exclusive focus on employment law was immediately evident. She didn't just review the contract; she provided a clear strategy based on Colorado law and her extensive courtroom experience, which gave me immense confidence. Her analysis of the agreement's overreach and her negotiation with opposing counsel were masterful, resulting in a very favorable settlement that allowed my business to launch. My only minor critique is that during the initial intake phase, response times to emails could occasionally stretch to a full business day. However, once engaged, her communication was consistent and thorough. I would absolutely recommend her for any employment-related legal matter in the Denver area.
