I hired Ms. Palomares Leal to assist with an IRS notice regarding payroll tax discrepancies for my small retail shop in Las Vegas. Her knowledge of tax law was evident, and she successfully resolved the matter without penalties, which was a relief. I appreciated her straightforward approach. However, the experience was mixed. Communication was sometimes slow, with replies taking several business days, which added to my stress during the process. While she is clearly capable and her recognition in tax law is noted, I felt the service was more transactional than expected. For a straightforward tax issue, she got the job done, but I would have preferred more proactive updates and a clearer timeline from the outset.
