Skilled and diligent guidance through a complex Chapter 11

Our family-owned restaurant group in Metairie faced overwhelming debt after the pandemic, and we needed to navigate a Chapter 11 reorganization. We were initially hesitant to work with a less experienced attorney, but Cristian Soler at Liskow & Lewis proved to be exceptionally capable. His focused background in bankruptcy and business reorganization was immediately evident. He meticulously analyzed our leases and vendor contracts, identifying key strategies for assumption or rejection that were crucial to our survival. Cristian was patient in explaining the litigation risks from certain creditors and prepared us thoroughly for court hearings. His work was precise, and he collaborated seamlessly with the firm's senior partners when needed. While his attention to detail is a strength, there were a few instances where email responses took a bit longer than expected, likely due to his caseload. Overall, his diligent representation was instrumental in confirming our plan. We are now operating profitably and would confidently recommend his services for business bankruptcy matters.
