Conner L. Helms

Conner L. Helms currently serves as the President at Helms Law Firm in downtown Oklahoma City. Conner has been practicing law for over 30 years, and has experience representing and counseling clients in various practice areas. Conner is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals for the Third, Fifth, Ninth and Tenth Circuits, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma and the Northern, Eastern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, American Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. Before starting Helms Law Firm in 2017, he co-founded Helms & Underwood in 1997.Conner received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at the University of Oklahoma in 1984 and Juris Doctor in 1986 from Oklahoma City University School of Law.
