Expert guidance through a complex Chapter 11 restructuring

Our manufacturing company faced a severe liquidity crisis and needed to navigate a Chapter 11 restructuring. We engaged Colin Robinson at Landis Rath & Cobb based on his deep focus in this area. His 24 years of experience were immediately evident; he expertly handled negotiations with our secured creditors and managed the litigation that arose from a key supplier. His background in corporate reorganizations and the recognition he's received in the field, like his Super Lawyers listing, gave our board great confidence. Colin is strategic, unflappable, and explains complex legal issues with clarity. While his billing is commensurate with his expertise, and communication could occasionally be faster during non-critical periods, the outcome was excellent. He secured a viable plan that allowed our business to survive and eventually thrive. We highly recommend him for any Delaware business facing similar insolvency challenges.
