A seasoned and strategic advocate for management

Our company faced a complex union organizing campaign at our manufacturing facility in Baton Rouge, and we turned to Clyde Jacob for guidance. From our first conversation, it was clear we were dealing with an attorney of immense depth. His 50 years of experience, exclusively in labor relations, provided a historical perspective that was invaluable; he could cite precedent and strategy from cases decades ago that were directly relevant to our modern situation. His recognition in Labor Law - Management by industry publications is well-earned. Clyde crafted a communication strategy for our leadership team that was both legally sound and respectful, helping us navigate the NLRB process with confidence. While his strategic counsel was worth every penny, the billing for some preliminary research felt slightly high relative to the outcome of that specific task. His response time was generally good, though occasionally delayed by a day during particularly busy periods. Ultimately, his steady hand and deep knowledge of Louisiana labor law helped us achieve a positive resolution. He doesn't just know the law; he understands the human dynamics of the workplace. For any management team facing labor relations challenges, Clyde Jacob is a formidable asset.
