Clifford W. Plunkett began his career with Friday, Eldredge & Clark working in the Little Rock office for several years before moving to the firm’s Northwest Arkansas office in Fayetteville. Cliff handles a broad range of civil litigation, including class actions, professional liability defense in the medical, legal and insurance fields, commercial litigation, product liability, construction, motor vehicle (auto and tractor-trailer) and intentional torts. He has tried more than 20 complex jury trials often lasting several days in state and federal courts throughout Arkansas.Cliff brings a legacy of diligence and passion to his work. He was valedictorian of his high school class and was awarded the W.J. Arnold Award from the University of Arkansas School of Law for graduating second in his class. He received the highest score on the Arkansas Bar Exam in 1995.Cliff is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of Bet-the-Company Litigation, Personal Injury - Defendants and Commercial Litigation.
