However, the process felt somewhat impersonal at times. While her firm, Arnold & Itkin, is well-regarded, communication sometimes had longer-than-expected delays, and updates were occasionally brief. For a straightforward case like mine, her one year of post-J.D. experience was sufficient, but I would have appreciated more proactive guidance on the timeline.
