He identified several potential zoning issues that others had missed, which was invaluable. However, the experience was not without its frustrations. As a junior attorney with one year of experience, he was sometimes difficult to reach directly, with responses often funneled through a paralegal, leading to delays. While his analysis was sharp, the practical guidance on navigating local Baltimore permitting felt slightly theoretical at times, perhaps reflecting his primary practice in London. For straightforward legal diligence, he is certainly capable, but for clients needing frequent, direct communication and hyper-local market nuance, expectations should be managed. The work product was solid, but the process could be more streamlined.
